Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Process development of Lithography, Thin Films (Sputter, ALD, PECVD), and Etch (High density plasma etch and wet etch)

  • Perform R&D experiments

  • Collect and analyze experimental data

  • Participate and support other engineers on relevant development projects

  • Fellow is expected to understand, use and run advance nanofabrication tools and custom-made tools for R&D purposes: Lithography, Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Thin Films (ALD, Sputter, E-Beam) etc.

  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ph. D. degree in Engineering, Material Science, or physics with experience preferably in wafer processing in a clean room environment

  • Experience with characterization tools like microscopes and SEMs

  • Good communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.

  • Hands-on experience
