United Health Services Access Care Representative in Binghamton, New York
The Physician Pre Registration Access Care Representative is required to confirm patient appointments, demographics and insurance information three (3) business days prior to all scheduled physician office visits. The representative ensures that patient accounts are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Staff are monitored on work rate, accuracy and phone standards. Must be able to demonstrate professionalism under busy conditions. Excellent customer service skills, communication and organizational skills are required. Experience in a call center environment and/or prior insurance knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent, with two (2) years experience in customer service or a similar field is required.
