Description:

Opportunity to get your foot in the door with Architecture, Interior Design and Planning firm who serves a broad range of clients in Westchester! They are seeking talented and motivated Architects and Designers to join our team and have an immediate impact in all phases of projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ of professional experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Experience in Revit is a plus, but not a necessity

• Degree in Architecture is preferred, but not a necessity

• Experience in developing highly detailed construction documents

• Experience developing and completing full sets of construction documents as well as design drawings

• Ability to meet with clients and have good communication skills

• Outgoing personality with positive attitude

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

-40 Person office

-This firm specialize in: Commercial, Institutional, Pools, Healthcare, Library, Retail, Religious, Municipal, Recreational, Housing, Education, Interior Design

• Room to grow, contribute and merge into upper level firm responsibilities such as Project Manager, Project Director, Associate and beyond.

• This firm has earned a notable reputation as a leader in the industry

• Dozens of their projects have been recognized for design excellence.

• Exposure to diverse project types

• Rapidly growing and expanding

Schedule:

5 days a week in office

Monday - Friday 8:00- 5:00pm.

Two weeks vacation as accrued.

Firm pays 2/3's of a single person's healthcare premium.

Reimbursed expenses when appropriate
