**ABOUT THE JOB**
There is a clear link between having a place to call home in a community and being healthy and well. The Jewish Board offers an array of adult supportive housing for adults living with mental illness, in accordance with our mission that everyone should have the opportunity to realize their potential and lead an independent life. Supportive housing is one of the most effective programs to help individuals and families coping with mental illness, trauma/abuse, and addiction. Our centers provide emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children. We are there for our clients from meeting them over the phone to their move into transitional or more permanent housing. Program services may include linking people to needed services, monitoringestablished goals and outcomes and providing case specific advocacy.
The Jewish Board is currently looking for talented professionals of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications:
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
- A current, valid clean driver's license is required for this position and throughout all DSP positions
- Prior experience in a residential setting, with a similar population
