You would be joining one of the largest Specialty Components Manufacturer around. Move quickly this will not be available long!

  • Must have a passion for emerging technologies and developing new processes/products and be highly knowledgeable in microelectronics fabrication

  • 5+ years of experience with process engineering, process or product development in a semiconductor, MEMS, photonics, or similar product line

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering with 5+ years or equivalent level of relevant industry experience

  • High level of expertise with at least 3 of the 5 process areas above

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Working knowledge of accepted and industry standard EH&S practices

  • Highly organized and creative, ability to lead and manage projects

  • Scale-up experience

  • Procurement & deployment of capital equipment

  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials.

  • Security Clearance application required upon hire.

  • Develop new and lithography processes utilizing internal and external resources as required

  • Work closely with product designers to develop project plans and adopt the most realizable fabrication methods

  • Lead and manage projects to install new process equipment, then develop and qualify the new processes for:

  • Resist coating, exposure, and development

  • Wet etching

  • Photoresist stripping, substrate cleaning

  • Plasma cleaning, substrate cleaning

  • CD measurement

  • Leadership of a small project teams (3-5 engineers and technicians)

  • Developing and maintaining clear and accurate documentation for new processes released to manufacturing

  • Work with personnel at other KPD factories to transfer applicable process technology, where appropriate. Some domestic travel required,< 10%.



  • Experience level: Manager

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
