Job Summary:

Cooks prepare the highest quality food items for retail by following established recipes, standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory cases and prepare productionlist

  • Follow recipes to prepare and reheat fooditems

  • Rotate products on display

  • Adhere to all health, sanitation, andsafety regulations

  • Assist in other duties, as assigned

Education andExperience (include knowledge, skills and abilities):

  • 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1 years of experience

  • Current Culinary Arts student or graduate,preferred

  • Knowledge on food preparation

  • Safely use/operate knives, ovens, scales,wrapping machine, steamers, mixers, and all other equipment required in the dayto day operation of the kitchen

  • Excellent customer service

  • Good oral communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires frequent standing,walking, and occasional pulling, pushing, squatting, reaching, and lifting witha maximum of 40lbs
