In this role you will:
Provide case management/addiction counseling/advocacy services to an assigned caseload and participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate the client recovery/rehabilitation process.
What qualifications do you need?
High School Diploma/GED, required.
CASAC (preferred) but CASAC-T certification Required, in order to be considered for QHP you must have Bachelor's Degree (or Higher) in Human Services or related.
Must have at least One-Three years counseling experience working with clients with substance use disorders and/or mental illness within an outpatient setting.
EHR environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
