Kelly Services Production Associate in Farmingdale, New York

Production Associate opening available. Immediate need!

This position entails building the testing kits. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and/or working towards an associates in a life science field. Looking for someone who may have general experience in any form of pharma or clinical production and have basic knowledge of medical/lab terminology.

Attention to detail is key!

Shift is M-F 8-4:30

Pay up to $16.50/hr

1 year assignment


To fulfil work orders (include kits and bulk supplies) for investigator sites.


  2. Processes work orders (printing of documents, Barcodes, Requisition forms and kit production forms, assembly kits) that include kits and bulk supplies which are sent to investigator sites. 60%

  3. Identifies discrepancies with work orders and enters this information into system which will be used for metrics reports and audit report for Clients. 15%

  4. Assist Project Management staff with modifications of work orders. 10%

  5. Refurbishes all incoming specimen shipping boxes which are received from investigator sites. 2.5%

  6. Disassemble supplies which are returned from investigator sites. 2.5%

  7. Assist in training new employees. 5%

  8. Performs additional responsibilities as requested by management . 5%

  • Enters data for metric and audit reports.

  • Assist Pm staff with modifications of work orders

Educational Requirements

High School diploma.

Experience Required

Skills – Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, Commutations skills, and the ability to deal well with stress.

Basic computer skills including knowledge in MS Outlook, of MS Word, Excel and typing skills.
