Job Description:

Rockville Centre architecture firm is looking for a drafter to join their growing firm. They specialize in commercial projects, but the bulk of their work is in healthcare and commercial.

Candidate will be:

• Developing construction documents with guidance, and ability to coordinate with consultants to deliver complete sets of CDs.

• Following redlines and accurately/diligently follow through with revisions

• Should have a general understanding of Building Codes and ADA requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience a plus

• Sketchup and Procore knowledge a plus

Top Skills' Details

• 2-4 years of experience in putting together CDs and commercial projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Bachelor's in Architecture
