Our Mortgage department is Hiring!
We are looking for candidates with draw management, renovation or construction lending experience.
This position will work in our Latham office, 1187 Troy Schenectady Road
Typical Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5pm
The primary responsibility of this position is to act as a liaison between the Lender, builder, and borrower for all renovation and construction-to-permanent loans for draw management and successful completion of projects. The Administrator will be responsible for multiple construction projects and must have the ability to identify specific needs and assignments while exercising sound judgment in carrying them out. Works in conjunction with the Mortgage Team to ensure an efficient workflow and onboard all new builders and assisting in maintaining eligibility.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent with a concentration in business;
Preferred one year experience in draw management, renovation or construction lending, or comparable experience;
Strong organizational skills and quantitative skills;
Attention to detail;
Ability to problem solve and investigate within company guidelines and perform multiple assignments without immediate supervision;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays; and
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others, including exhibiting a courteous, conscientious, and generally businesslike manner in the workplace.
