Sheehan Family Companies Hybrid Delivery Driver / Sales Associate - Delaware County in New Paltz, New York

If you have interest in craft beer/wine/spirits and would like to explore both the sales and delivery sides of our distribution business – this a great position for you.

This person will ensure the successful sale and distribution of all CBGNY products throughout the individual’s assigned region, which will include weekly delivery/sales trips from New Paltz to Delaware county. This individual will also be responsible for developing company business across the territory’s account base in conjunction with the sales team, merchandising our products and assisting on delivery routes as assigned.

This is a local position and all routes have you home daily.


You will be delivering pre-loaded orders and assembling orders from truck load. This is physical work. You must be able to handle routes with an approximate average of 20 stops and work at a good pace.

You must also be able to move/lift up to 150 lbs (half kegs). Deliver with a hand truck or pallet jack and work out of a delivery van.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Valid and clean driver’s license

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours & days

  • Interpret numerical values on merchandise

  • Ensuring that all products are placed in their respective areas.

  • Ensuring that all stock is replenished.

  • Participating in periodic team meetings.

  • Handling sales ordering and delivery invoicing process.

  • Follow route and time schedule.

  • Complete logs and reports when required.

  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

  • Other duties as assigned.



High School diploma or GED (required)

CDL not required, but offer training opportunities to become CDL-certified.
