Axiom Medical Testing Coordinator in New York City, New York
The Nursing Testing Admin (?Admin?) is an integral member of Axiom?s Operations Department (Operations). The Admin will play a key role in providing administrative support to our nursing staff at the client's site location when coordinating COVID-related testing needs/schedules. The Admin will be accountable for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Admin will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Health Safety Supervisor.
The essential functions of the Admin are to:
Provide support services to assigned nursing staff
Maintain daily schedules for nursing staff, the cast and crew members
Prepare and process correspondence including emails/faxes
Answer regular non-medical inquiries
Process medical record requests
Create spreadsheets to manage all individuals on production sets for testing compliance
The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 2 years with a focus on medical administrative assistant or related fields.
Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach,
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work,
Light to moderate lifting is required,
Ability to uphold the stress of traveling,
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
