Touro College Administrative Clinical Coordinator in New York, New York
The employee will coordinate and support all student related activities and programs during the clinical years (years three and four) not directly related to their clinical rotations.
Coordinate NBOME Clinical COMAT exams, tracking and report scores, including creating unsuccessful score reports and rescheduling exams.
Track all required student supplemental case assignments and OMM requirement.
Coordinate NBOME Level 2 Board examination preparation including: scheduling of COMBANK assessments, scheduling of COMSAE assessments, providing exam approvals, coordinating remediation efforts.
Maintain student files both physically and electronically including: regular and current uploads of student documents to rotation software New Innovations, filing of student paper documents, e-filing graduate clinical files for storage.
Assist in coordination and follow up of off cycle students not currently on rotations.
All other clerical tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Well organized and effective time management.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to operate standard office technology (fax, scanner, multi-line phone).
