Kforce is working with a well-known investment firm in New York. This is a hybrid role. They are searching for a BI Engineer for a long-term consulting assignment. Summary:The BI Engineer must know how to structure data for the BI platform, and have a good sense of best practices around BI. For instance, the BI Engineer must know how to get the data out, how to join different tables, etc. They will do a lot of reporting and work closely with the sales and the product team. This role is mostly reporting, but the BI Engineer will find data gaps, so data engineering skills are essential. Candidates will be eligible for benefits from Kforce.

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is important

• Experience with snowflake

• Experience extracting data

• Experiene creating views in snowflake

• Experience working with the database

• Engineering skills

• Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned

• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
