Google Cross Google Partnership Manager, Gaming and Social in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Relevant experience within one of the following verticals: Gaming/Social, Media/Entertainment

  • Experience in business development or partnerships

  • Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives

  • Excellent executive communication skills

Within Global Partnerships, the Partnerships Solutions teams focus on bringing a more coordinated and strategic approach to some of Google’s complex and strategic partners in key industries/verticals.

Google’s Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

  • Develop deep understanding of partners’ cross-Google activities to support executive sponsors with their relationships.

  • Collaborate internally to draft cross-Google joint business plans for partner set, drive partner goals, and deliver effective partner summits.

  • Aggregate partner priorities and feedback to America and Global Partnerships Solutions teams.

  • Support Partnerships Solutions vertical and/or country experts on partner approach to inform narratives.

  • Drive all operations for set of partners (e.g., briefings, reporting, communications).
