The solution pairs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mental health coaching to empower its users to reduce stress, anxiety, or depression from anywhere, at any time.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and direction of AbleTo (Sr.) Clinical Managers in order to ensure that (Sr.) Managers are providing clinical support, coaching and performance management to a large team of Program Advisors and Assessment Coordinators, who in turn provide clinical oversight and advisement to a national network of LCSWs.

  • Provide oversight to the Sr. Clinical team to ensure that the highest quality of clinical care is delivered to AbleTo participants across the country on a daily basis. This includes oversight of risk management and complaint processes.

  • Provider oversight to the Sr. Clinical team to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed by all members of the team

  • Identify process, resource or system issues that impact quality of care delivery, escalate these opportunities appropriately, and work across departments to find and implement solutions

  • Lead clinical implementation of new health plan clients and other partners to the AbleTo provider community in collaboration with clinical leadership and other stakeholders

  • Train new (Sr.) Clinical Managers, work to retain high performers and implement performance management plans with those in need of support.

  • Use data to identify trends or issues impacting quality; conduct root cause analyses to understand underlying drivers and develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Quality Management Committees and Sr. Quality Manager to address issues.

  • Be an active member of the AbleTo Quality Management Committee and sub committees

  • Work closely with the Clinical Managers to ensure that Program Advisor performance metrics and provider performance metrics remain high

  • Work closely with the Clinical Managers to identify learning needs for the Program Advisors and Provider community and provide e-learning and development specialist with clinical content for training

  • Ensures flawless execution of strategic initiatives across the clinical team in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations, VP of Clinical Services and SVP of Clinical Operations

  • Contribute to additional projects related to company strategy and growth; to be determined through discussion with VP of Clinical Services and SVP of Clinical Operations

Quality Management Responsibilities:

  • 30% of Clinical Director position is spent on oversight of Quality Management

Education/Experience:

  • Master of Social Work with a license to independently practice clinical social work in a private practice setting (LCSW or equivalent).

  • 10+ years of relevant clinical practice, including at least five years in a supervisory position; experience in outpatient and/or community-based levels of care preferred

  • 3+ years in program management or Director experience

  • Knowledge of health information related to adult health and mental health, including co-occurring conditions.

  • Ability to work as a team member with fellow co-workers and agency staff.

  • Good clinical understanding of adult mental health.

  • Ability to maintain networking relationship with community service providers, as directed by the program.

Competencies:

  • Ability to plan, execute, check results and improve on a continuing basis

  • Discipline and organization to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
