Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of leadership experience in product management strategy and execution.
Experience in management of technical teams, including Product Management and User Experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, research and development, and product development teams in a matrixed organization.
Experience working in areas with sensitive privacy and policy concerns.
Experience working in international affairs or related field.

We forecast emerging threats, build technology to protect people, and inspire the world to take action. Our interdisciplinary team combines software engineers, product managers, researchers, policy experts, designers, and people with a diverse set of experiences to develop technology that protects some of the world’s most vulnerable populations. We partner with teams throughout the company to integrate insights into core products.
As Director of Product Management, you’ll be responsible for generating and demonstrating the value of new technology approaches to protecting people from online threats. You’ll stay informed of how different parts of the company and industry are approaching the same threats, helping ensure that our work is truly novel and additive. In addition to managing Jigsaw’s product managers and UX Design team, you will collaborate with the Engineering and Research and Development leads to set product strategy.
Manage Jigsaw’s product managers and User Experience Design team.
Help set clear priorities for product efforts. Manage product lifecycle, finding potential handoff partners for efforts to make room for innovation.
Partner with Jigsaw leadership to set product strategy.
Build excellent relationships across Google to integrate our team’s work with relevant teams.
Support and extend Jigsaw’s culture of innovation and experimentation.
