Program Delivery Manager – AVP New York, NY

As a Barclays Program Delivery Manager- AVP, you will have responsibility for designing building, and delivering programs that are aligned to the agreed proposition. This will include Spring Week, Interns, Graduates, and Apprentice events. You will be in a highly visible role and you will share and display an understanding of commercial value and in depth knowledge.

What will you be doing?

• Assist in designing, building, and delivering Programs • Maintain program data accurately and compliantly to provide relevant analysis and MI • Maintain program data accurately and compliantly • Ensure all relevant safeguarding protocol are in place and followed appropriately where applicable • Partner with Program Support Team to ensure timings and communications are aligned; as well as to monitor attendance at scheduled events. • Engage with 3rd parties to deliver training, ensuring all necessary contractual and governance requirements have been met

• Strong partnering and collaboration experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders • Detailed knowledge of the policies and processes aligned to programmatic hires and ability to manage adherence to controls. • Problem solving capability and solution focused

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities • Strong data management skills and experience in producing data-driven reports • Experienced in the creation and delivery of development activity and events to ensure that a “world-class” service is delivered for businesses and cohorts. • Experience of continuous improvement and pro-actively seeks feedback from cohorts to inform future delivery

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
