Responsibilities:

Coordination of contractors on building project

Supervision of onsite QC/QA staff

Coordinate with onsite owner's representative

Resolve field issues in cooperation with A/E

Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings

Assist in CPM schedule updates

Support office staff with answering of correspondence and change order review

Risk Management

Communications Plan

Integrated Schedule development and management

Baseline Management and Change Control

Coordination and integration of field activities

Closeout and Commissioning

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience

Four year college degree is PREFERRED

Experience in similar projects is required

Strong communication skills
