Description
As the Quality Control Manager, you are responsible for facilitating the relationship between the Real Estate Operations organization and their suppliers, acting as a bridge between the business and the suppliers. In this position you'll coordinate the management of vendors throughout the vendor life cycle in all aspects of Risk, Commercial and Performance Management for the Real Estate Operations organization.
Perform quality control checks to ensure internal or vendor program specifications are maintained according to established statements of work.
Identify and document facility related issues to ensure resolution.
Establish strong relationships with Lead Facility Managers and their teams.
Facilitating the relationship between the Real Estate Operations organization and their suppliers, acting as a bridge between the business and the suppliers.
Will be coordinating the management of vendors throughout the vendor life cycle in all aspects of Risk, Commercial and Performance Management for the Real Estate Operations organization.
Assist with all vendor management issues.
Help guide the contract bidding process as needed.
10 years Facility Management- Real Estate Operations, Supply Chain Management or evidence of managing Real Estate Operations vendors
Understanding of Quality Control / Assurance programs
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work independently and in team environment
Qualifications
5 years Facility Management- Real Estate Operations, Supply Chain Management or evidence of managing Real Estate Operations vendors
Understanding of Quality Control / Assurance programs
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work independently and in team environment
Driver’s license required.
Travel required.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree, required
Master's Degree, preferred
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
