The Warehouse Manager leads the Retail department product inventory, warehouse processes and warehouse employee work group by assigning work orders, monitoring product inventory levels, supervising and managing the performance of each warehouse employee to enhance key business metrics and ensure client product needs are met. Responsible for ensuring prompt, pleasant and complete service is provided to internal and external contacts needing product or information.


  • Responsible for managing a warehouse staff.

  • Ensure all PO's are received on time and complete. Maintain accurate receiving log for proper AP Processing

  • Oversee ticketing / Scanning procedures to make certain all merchandise is tagged properly and scanned into system before going out to stores

  • Perform and monitor daily and monthly merchandise audits for both warehouse and retail store locations.

  • Run daily reports to identify sales trends at specific locations. Utilize reports for proper rotation of merchandise to improve turnover rate.

  • Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock

  • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment

  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

  • Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with management and other team leads

  • Communicate any vendor issues, quality control, or shipping issues with General Manager

  • Must be dependable and a self-starter, ability to work independently

  • Strong leadership skills; ability to delegate and coach

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of the shift



  • Requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations with a Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma/G.E.D.

  • DSD Warehouse experience a plus

  • Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
