We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with product leaders, engineering team, and field practitioners to build a new service to migrate and modernize important business applications.

Responsibilities:

· Contribute to the design of effective, usable, and desirable products.

· Understand customers and their needs through customer research and feedback; create personas and journey maps based on research findings.

· Use business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements.

· Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences.

· Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.

· Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions.

· Chart a course for yourself in ambiguous situations. Mentor and assist junior designers and interns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of experience in UX design or related discipline.

· An online portfolio UX work.

· Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with UX design of complex workflows and/or experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.

· Experience in best practices for information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

· Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps.

· Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

· Experience working in a collaborative, diverse team, working directly with developers for implementation of designs.

· Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Bachelor or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent degree.
