Bonura Hospitality Group Sous Chef in Newburgh, New York

The Bonura Hospitality Group is looking for experienced Sous Chefs in multiple locations throughout the Hudson Valley. We need your talent to ensure that all ingredients and broken down items ate handled with the utmost care and quality. Excellent listening skills, ability to follow directions, and be a team player required. You will prepare food utilizing above average knife skills, understanding of various culinary techniques. You are responsible for various food preparation including slicing, dicing and chopping meat, preparing salads, condiments and breads. In addition you are responsible for baked goods, side dishes and soup preparation. The job requires the ability to stand for long periods as well as lift, carry heavy boxes to 50 lbs. The ability to adjust to the changing needs and work in a fast paced environment. Must have high degree of attention to detail, knife skills, understanding food handling and workplace safety.
