Scope:

• Seeking a program manager and coach who will be responsible for supporting and delivering business critical initiatives within Corning. The successful candidate will run projects or programs as well as provide guidance to other project managers to help them deliver successful project outcomes. As a leadership position, strong communication and organizational skills are expected. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager and leader that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day Responsibilites:

• Coach project managers / projects

• Run projects / programs

• Estimate projects / programs

• Manage project budgets

• Manage project teams

• Create risk plans

• Prepare timelines

• Present to leadership at various meetings

• Engage with Service Line owners and team members

• Participate in Steering, Advisory, and various department meetings

• Participate in resource planning sessions

Experience/Education:

• Required:
