Precise Tool is currently recruiting for a Buyer position.

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Buyer participates in all activities needed to quote, negotiate, purchase, expedite, and problem solve all materials needed to fulfill customer orders and maintain the operations of the Company at the best possible costs.

Job Requirements

  • Communicates quotes with vendors and management

  • Generates purchase orders

  • Follow-ups and expedites existing orders with vendors

  • Evaluates vendors based on business practices, timeliness, quality, and meeting Precise Tool company standards

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the metal industry and or parts manufacturing industry
