Description:

Rockville Centre architecture firm is looking for a drafter to join their growing firm. They specialize in commercial projects, but the bulk of their work is in healthcare.

Candidate will be:

• Developing construction documents with guidance, and ability to coordinate with consultants to deliver complete sets of CDs.

• Following redlines and accurately/diligently follow through with revisions

• Should have a general understanding of Building Codes and ADA requirements.

• Notable projects include Northwell, Orlin & Cohen Spine and Sports Med Center, and the New England Federal Credit Union HQ.

Skills:

Construction Documents, AutoCAD

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• healthcare experience a plus

• Sketchup and Procore knowledge a plus
