Job Summary:

Responsible for overall operational oversight and office management which includes but is not limited to billing, financial reporting, operational efficiencies, patient scheduling, volumes, referrals growth, business plans, requests of new and replacement positions, capital budgeting process, supervision of support staff, budgeting, human resources, customer satisfaction, strategic planning and assisting Rehabilitation Psychology Department and Outpatient Neurology clinic leadership, and Administrator for Neurosciences and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Accounting or related field with a minimum of three years of progressive experience in a health care ambulatory environment required. Exceptional skills in verbal and written communications and excellent organizational skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference for knowledge of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, related Neurological field, ambulatory clinic operations, Physician Office billing and coding processes.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, days.
