Landmark Health Office Operations Manager in Syracuse, New York


Landmark Health was created to transform how healthcare is delivered to the most medically vulnerable members in our community. Our medical group provides home-based medical care to chronically ill patients, many of whom are ill-equipped to navigate our overwhelming healthcare system.

Our clinical teams spend quality time caring for a smaller number of high-risk patients, granting patients the respect, compassion and care they deserve.

At Landmark, our interdisciplinary teams collaboratively manage our complex patient panels. These teams are led by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, with supporting care provided by RN Nurse Care Managers, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Behavioral Health, Care Coordinators and other team members.


The Office Operations Manager owns the day-to-day administrative and operational leadership for the market. The position reports to the General Manager for the region and will work closely with them to implement strategic priorities and initiatives. The Office Operations Manager will partner closely with the Physician leader and the Health Services manager to ensure that all employees are able to operate efficiently and provide excellent patient care to deliver on our mission.

  • Responsible for the administrative functioning of the office including supplies ordering and maintenance, calendar management, vendor relationships, facilitites management, new hire on-boarding

  • Identifiies and helps to resolve for operatonal roadblocks and process gaps for the clinical team

  • Coordinates outreach to the local physician and healthcare community to educate on the Landmark program

  • Oversees reporting on operational performance metrics for the market; including review of all KPIs, qualitiative and quantitative analysis and presents results


  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred

  • Healthcare experience not required for the right candidate who can learn quickly

  • Proven track record of driving operational projects from conception to implementation to refinement

  • Excellence in organizational and project management with the ability to lead multiple complex projects

  • Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals

  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management

  • Solution-oriented mindset and work approach
