FOCUS
The E-Learning Development Manager will help to build and scale VEG’s Learning Management System.

You’re happy to pitch in whenever and wherever you’re needed.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO
Collaborate with curriculum development and training teams to design and develop e-learning content and modules for all company members
Adapt current materials for the learning management system layout
Assist with the management of course development by providing relevant resources and projected timelines
Design and implement methods for analyzing learning metrics and provide reports to training teams
Create visual design graphics used for course layouts in collaboration with marketing to ensure accurate branding
Maintain the Learning Management System by regularly updating content where necessary
Continually engage in reflective and iterative processes to respond to learner needs and create the best digital learning experience possible
Work closely with the technology department to manage administrative responsibilities and troubleshoot
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
BS/BA degree in instructional design, educational technology, digital media/multimedia or similar.
3+ years working experience in e-learning course development
Experience using Learning Management Systems
Experience developing e-learning content for various formats (in-person, synchronous, asynchronous)
Experience creating SCORM courses
Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
A knack for seeing the big picture
Ability to collaboration across many teams and communicate effectively
Strong creative and organizational skills
Experience in the veterinary field, a plus
