The job responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Finish processing/HTST as needed while maintaining legal pasteurization requirements

Fill out all charts and records, such as but not limited to ATP checks, sanitation and tank inspection checks, batching forms, and inventory sheets.

Certified to perform HTST Inspection with AG+MKTS

Double set vats when needed

CIP daily circuits, perform sanitation inspections, monitor chemical concentrations and document

Push curd vats as needed

Complete daily inventory checks

Rebuild valves per PM program

Operate yogurt separator as needed

Set yogurt silos as needed

Transfer milk, cream and skim from manufacturing for processing

Maintain 72 hour product storage regulations/requirements

Complete SQF requirements as assigned

Review and follow all standard operating procedures and report any problems to the supervisor immediately.

Clean powder area at the end of the shift and start clean up when processing is done.

Support SQF by maintaining food safety through completing job tasks and maintaining the area in a sanitary manner.

Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.

Work overtime, as needed, which will require an obligation from you to fulfill.

Carry out additional duties assigned by a supervisor or foreman.

Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way.
